By using ReachMint ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Service Description

ReachMint is an AI-powered tool that generates cold email sequences for B2B outreach. You provide an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); we generate email copy. You are responsible for how you use that copy.

Free Trial

• You get 3 free sequence generations — no signup, no credit card required.
• Free trial is limited to 3 generations per device/IP. Circumventing this limit is not permitted.
• Generated sequences during the trial are for evaluation purposes only.

Paid Plans

• ReachMint Pro: $399/month, billed monthly.
• Subscription auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees.
• Payments processed securely via Stripe.
• No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use ReachMint to generate spam or send emails to people who have not consented.
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable email marketing laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

You are solely responsible for compliance with email laws in your jurisdiction. ReachMint generates copy — you control who you send it to.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (open rates, replies, booked meetings) from using the generated sequences. AI-generated copy may require editing for your specific use case.

Limitation of Liability

ReachMint's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
